This course is run entirely not for profit. None of the faculty are paid to be at the course and the course does not generate any profit or income. The faculty have to use study leave to be there, but the team, who come from all over the UK, Europe and even further afield, do so because of the importance and pleasure in teaching challenging surgical procedures to the most motivated and able surgeons of the next generation.
